How we use it

to prepare a valuation, respond to your inquiry, and where you instruct us, to market the business to qualified buyers. We do not sell your information.

Who sees it

nobody outside our firm at the inquiry stage. Business information is released to a prospective buyer only after they sign a non-disclosure agreement, and only with your instruction.

Retention

inquiries are kept for as long as they are commercially useful and then deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

Your choices

you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call us or use the inquiry form and we will action it.

Analytics

we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are read. This does not identify you personally.

Third parties

we use ordinary business tools such as email and cloud storage. Those providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. Pages on this site also embed a Google map, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads, and the inquiry form and the scheduling calendar are provided by a third party, so your browser contacts that provider too when a form or a calendar loads.

Children

this site is aimed at business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18.
