What we aim for
this site is built to be readable and usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, or at high zoom, and to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA where we can.
How it is built
plain semantic HTML, real headings in order, text that reflows rather than requiring horizontal scrolling, visible focus outlines, and color contrast checked against the AA thresholds.
Images
every image carries alternative text. Nothing important is communicated by an image alone.
Forms
every field has a real label tied to it, and errors are described in text rather than by color alone.
Known limits
where we embed a third-party map, we do not control its accessibility. The same information is available as text on the page.
Tell us
if any part of this site is hard to use, call (215) 278-8178 and we will fix it or give you the information another way.
Questions about any of this
Call (215) 278-8178 and ask. If it is about how a sale is actually run rather than about this notice, the guide to selling a business in Pittsburgh and the frequently asked questions cover most of it, and contact reaches a broker directly.
